To include an action button, in a similar way to the "Update" button, but when clicking inside the detail page, it forces the sync with Airtable to update without waiting for the set period. Very useful when updating some record and saving, it triggers some automation in Airtable and the new data is not visible until the 5-15 min automated update period.

Yes, please! There should be instant sync by default. I believe Softr has instant sync with their Airtable integration. But, if we're not able to get instant syncing then this seems like a alternative that would work at least as a holdover.

Which could also serve as a 'Submit' button - in addition you should be able to have such a button at the bottom of a page of data entry fields eg in a Banner and Right aligned.

Absolutely - when evaluating Airtable + Stacker as a solution for clients, this is often a deal breaker. For our use cases, with a manual sync button, the auto sync could be lowered to 30 minutes.
