Definitely second this - it's an under-rated feature. As Airtable uses a formula to compute the URL, it means that you can display a button on each record in your portal that, for example, opens a third-party form process with the fields already prefilled, acquired data, collect payment, and then use Zapier or Integromat to update the Airtable record. This opens up some useful applications (well...it does for us!). It also opens up more functionality in Airtable's own shared views, but they display a 'Sign Up' prompt and we don't want our users opening Airtable accounts!!
