I would like to be able to edit custom CSS while looking at the page it will affect, and preferably see changes in real time à la Wordpress customizer.

Can individual pages feature adjust text size and other more 'hands on' elements perhaps?

Yes, i would like very much like to change the "EDIT" form layout and spacing. Utilize Some conditional CSS

Couple responses.

If Stacker gave us this, I'd certainly give it a try.
But I hate CSS. Hated dealing with it when I had to. It almost seems contrary to the raison d'être of Stacker to add something this complex to the toolbox.
I'd prefer to have a small library of well-designed themes and I feel 97.4% certain that most folks using Stacker -- even people with advanced web development experience like me -- would share this preference.
So not upvoting this one personally.
But see #1, above. :-)
