It would be a nice additional benefit if you could select an image or doc that has been added to the chat/activity feed and just select where it lands in the related record. Rather than having to download it and then add it back. E.G - Click on image/attachment in chat activity - dropdown menu shows up with all attachment fields in that record - When you select one of the options - if selection is empty then image/attachment just loads there and if there is already a file there then a choice option (Add or Replace) should pop up.

Also it would be nice to be able to limit file types and how many files can be added to file fields by field.
