Consider setting up an Airtable process to send customer data to something like a PDF report that documents every field that they filled out when signing up, registering or updating a record. I do this now using Formstack Docs integration with my Airtable base. Formstack Docs generates a nicely formatted PDF report of the customer record and appends that to an Attachment field in Airtable. Then in Stacker, I have a filtered view accessible only via Admin level privileges that allows this field (PDF) to be viewed from within the customer layout.
