Rebecca Walker: Is it possible for this to have some conditionality based on user profiles similar to record permissions? For example I want users to be able to select only an option linked to them when creating a new record, but I don't want to restrict their access to viewing records linked to other users. Would that be possible?

Rebecca Walker: This link is broken, is there an updated place I can find out how to do this in Stacker?

For links and select, I'd like the possibility to edit the proposed values based on logic.
Airtable does this with views.
We'd need this for related record and single/multi-select.

In airtable the items in a dropdown menu can "limited by a certain view". Would be great to do this in Stacker.

This would be very valuable!
For instance, we're looking to allow users to only select a record that hasn't already been selected by another user. E.g. condition where X user field = blank. Creating a view for this in Airtable would be a great way to do it. Could also do the conditionality directly in Stacker, but the filter logic in Airtable is more robust.

I have a need for this feature too, just here to explain my use case:
I have a transactions table, where we register money that goes into different accounts. Most of the accounts are automated via API, but some arent, like Cash. Our accountant keeps that record, but we want him to be able to just register cash transactions, so we need him to just to be able to select the 'Cash' option from the single-select field.

Yes I'm for this too. I'd be happy to tie the available options to a chosen filtered view in Stacker (not a "view" from airtable)

I would like to provide a use-case where this would be very helpful:
Implementing a Tasks table where users can assign tasks to their team. When you have multiple roles within the user's table, it would be very helpful to be able to filter out the individuals that can be selected for task assignment to only show those that are visible in an existing AirTable filter. For example, filter out all Client users and only show Staff & Admin users.

I have this same problem, staff are not thrilled with having hundreds of clients in the task owner field!
