It's pretty easy to implement on Stacker apps. Just contact the Stacker support team with the script that UserGuiding gives you.

Les Voyagements: You could likely implement something like this yourself with custom JavaScript as well. It would require a bit of work but could be done, if you don't care about tracking whether the user has been to your site before.
If you want to track who has and has not seen the popup, you would be better off paying for this as implementing this yourself would require a lot of work.
