Banner to be available for all displays not just 'one record only'

Adding a banner option to all displays would allow me to better explain to the user what they need to do for each of the tables. The header option doesn't work as well as a banner for me.

It would also be nice to allow for alignment options for the banner too. When using it in this fashion I might want to have all my text centered or right/left justified. Ability to do that on a line by line basis is even better.

Upvoting this one. Because the header does not have page breaks, providing instructional information can only go there, with one giant paragarph in some cases.
