This really needs to be implemented - it seems like it should be simple to implement, and there is obviously a lot of need for it, given the upvote count...

is there any update on this? It's been several months. The role & permission function is so useless without this

And this function is still not implemented yet? It's so important.

This is required for conditional visibility that involve the user. Example: I want to display "Personal details" tab only to either the owner of the profile or the admin, no one else. This can't be achieved without OR.

Adrien Jorge: I second this. The only way to make something like this work is to create duplicates of the same data and have different visibility features for each. Very frustrating and isn't always possible to implement.

Hi Sam - I am hoping for this one too but in the meantime I achieve this by created specific formulas in Airtable that distil all the "or" scenarios into one result. How about you?? have you found a different way to do this?

Trixie: Hi, I don't think this trick works in a 'create new' field as the formula cannot be updated in realtime, or have you found a way to bypass this?

Milan Muiderman: I think so, yes - could you give me an example of a scenario that applies to you?

Absolutely. Would sharpen the conditional filtering 100%! +1 here.
